The work processes include sugar weighing and pre-treatment, dissolution and filtration, heating and boiling, cooling and crystallization, centrifugal separation or drying, particle size selection, quality inspection, and packaging. They operate and maintain machinery (crystallization kettles, stirrers, centrifuges, dryers, etc.) and conduct thorough quality management using sugar refractometers and thermometers. The factory environment tends to be hot and humid, workers wear safety equipment, and comply with the Food Sanitation Law and HACCP standards.
