Important tasks include color matching to ensure uniform coating and beautiful finishes, managing drying times, and safety and health measures (such as ventilation and wearing protective gear). During the apprenticeship period, they learn work procedures, painting techniques, and material properties under the guidance of senior craftsmen, aiming to become independent as full-time employees or skilled workers.
