Wire joint manufacturing workers assemble wire and metal joint parts using machines or by hand, join them by compression connection or welding, and produce wire joints with insulation treatment. They also participate in stable operation of production lines, 5S activities, and improvement proposals for quality enhancement, taking responsibility for safe and efficient manufacturing in the factory.
