Description
White sugar manufacturers handle raw sugar solution obtained from sugarcane or sugar beets, removing impurities using flocculants and decolorizing agents. They concentrate the sugar solution using multi-stage evaporation equipment and control crystallization in crystallizers. After separating crystals from mother liquor using centrifugal separators, they dry the crystals in drying equipment to produce refined white sugar. They perform equipment operation and monitoring, daily inspections, quality inspections (sugar content and impurity analysis), hygiene management, etc., to maintain safe and stable production.
Future Outlook
While domestic sugar demand remains stable, production line automation and labor reduction are progressing from the perspectives of cost reduction and strengthened quality control. Introduction of environmentally low-impact and digital control technologies is required.
