Classification

Summary

A manufacturing technical position that assembles electrical equipment such as voltage regulators, and performs adjustments and inspections.

Description

Voltage Regulator Assemblers are workers who assemble voltage control devices for automotive or industrial use on production lines. Following design drawings and work instructions, they accurately perform parts selection, soldering, connector wiring, screw tightening, and torque management. After completion, they conduct functional tests and appearance inspections. To ensure device quality, they perform inspections using testers and dimension measuring instruments, and handle defect recording and improvement proposals. This also includes teamwork, workplace organization and tidying, and basic machine maintenance.

Future Outlook

Amid the advancement of automation and smart factories in manufacturing, while the introduction of automatic assembly robots progresses, the demand for skilled workers in fine parts assembly and final inspections is expected to be maintained to a certain extent.
