Ventilation System Operators operate and monitor ventilation equipment in factories, tunnels, buildings, etc., to maintain appropriate air volume, pressure, and ventilation volume. They start and stop mechanical devices such as blowers and fans, adjust speeds, monitor using pressure gauges and flow meters, perform regular inspections, and conduct maintenance. To keep the working environment safe and comfortable, they also monitor concentrations of harmful gases and dust in the atmosphere, and in the event of abnormalities, implement emergency stops or countermeasures. Additionally, they handle operations of automatic control systems, data recording and reporting, and planning of regular maintenance schedules.
