Description

Vegetable canning workers, after inspecting incoming vegetable raw materials, perform preprocessing such as washing, peeling, cutting, and blanching (scalding), then fill and seal cans. After canning, they perform pressure sterilization under high temperature and pressure, followed by cooling, labeling, and packing, managing the entire production line. Important tasks also include machine operation, equipment inspection and simple maintenance, product appearance inspection and random sampling quality control, line cleaning, and hygiene management.
