After molding, they remove the products, perform finishing such as deburring, dimensional inspection, and appearance inspection, and are also involved in quality control. Additionally, they participate in mold changes, simple equipment maintenance, creation of work records, 5S activities, etc., to improve production line efficiency and maintain safety and hygiene. In the factory, work is mainly standing, in environments with heat and noise.

Future Outlook

Demand for automotive parts and industrial rubber products is stable, and a certain level of job openings is expected in the future. However, as automation and labor-saving in manufacturing processes advance, there is a need to shift to advanced skills such as equipment management and quality control.
