Transformer, current transformer, and autotransformer assemblers and adjusters assemble electrical machinery devices such as transformers, current transformers, and trans in factories, performing insulation processing using insulating paper and oil, winding processes, core assembly, tap changer mechanism adjustments, etc. After completion, they conduct performance tests such as withstand voltage tests and insulation resistance measurements, and make fine adjustments to meet specified values. Accuracy in reading drawings, operating tools and test equipment is required while being conscious of quality control and occupational safety and health. In recent years, demand for high-value-added transformers for renewable energy and smart grids has increased, and acquisition of manufacturing techniques for HV and EV products is expected.
