Cosmetic soap manufacturing workers accurately weigh raw materials such as fatty acid salts, fragrances, pigments, and additives, heat, mix, emulsify, and neutralize them in reaction tanks, and carry out processes up to molding, cutting, drying, and packaging through machine operations. They monitor the production line's operating status, adjust temperature, pH, and pressure, collect samples for quality inspections, and conduct tests. They comply with hygiene management and safety management (hazardous materials management, GMP), and when issues arise, they promptly identify causes and implement countermeasures. They are also responsible for daily equipment maintenance and cleaning, and are required to maintain accurate manufacturing records.
