Telecom line sales representatives propose and sell telecom line services such as fiber optic lines, ADSL, and 5G to corporate and individual customers, and handle contract signing. They identify needs through customer visits and negotiations, estimate and propose optimal plans and equipment configurations. After contracting, they coordinate construction and schedules with technical departments to support implementation. They also provide after-sales follow-up such as troubleshooting and plan change proposals to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. To achieve sales targets, they engage in new customer acquisition and deepening relationships with existing customers, and typically manage customers using CRM tools.
