Description
Tea production technicians use harvested tea leaves as raw materials to manage and perform processes such as parching (enzyme deactivation), rolling, fermentation (during black tea production), drying, and roasting, producing high-quality products like green tea and black tea. They conduct quality inspections of tea leaves, moisture adjustment, equipment management, and process condition adjustments to bring out the optimal flavor and aroma. In addition to production line operations at their own factories or contracted factories, they are involved in proposing and introducing new production methods and blending techniques. Flexible responsiveness to seasonal changes and raw material conditions, as well as a certain level of physical strength and precise manual skills, are required.
