The Taping Worker (Plywood Manufacturing) uniformly applies phenol resin or other adhesives to multiple sheets of veneer, accurately aligns the sheets, and uses a press machine to manufacture plywood. The work includes operating coating equipment such as rollers or sprays, supplying and removing veneer sheets, managing pressure and temperature, performing quality inspections, and maintaining and inspecting machines. While production lines are advancing in automation, manual adjustments and finishing are still required.
