Description

A tanker (trailer) driver is a specialist who transports liquid and gaseous hazardous materials such as gasoline, kerosene, liquefied gas, and chemicals between customers and delivery bases using tank trailers. Performs driving of large towing vehicles, connection and operation of loading/unloading equipment such as hoses and pumps, cargo loading and unloading, safety checks, inspection and maintenance of vehicles and tanks, and compliance with laws and regulations. Plans routes for long-distance or regular deliveries, thoroughly ensuring safe driving by considering weather and road conditions. Diligently inspects tanks and valves to prevent hazardous material leaks and handles initial responses in emergencies.
