Description
Synthetic resin lining workers are specialists who apply synthetic resins such as epoxy resin or vinyl ester resin to the interiors of tanks, piping, storage tanks, etc., and cure them to prevent corrosion and leakage. First, they perform surface preparation such as sandblasting, mix and blend the resin, apply it, and wait for it to cure under temperature and humidity control. They measure and inspect film thickness and finish, and repair any defective areas. Chemical knowledge, safety and health management skills, physical strength, and patience on site are required.
