Synthetic resin kneading workers mix additives into raw resin pellets or powdered resin, and manufacture homogeneous preforms using kneading machines (kneaders or mixers) while heating and pressurizing. Operators weigh raw materials based on blending calculations, and adjust the machine's temperature and pressure settings, as well as discharge speed. After kneading, they inspect the product's appearance and dimensions, and determine defective products.
