Description
Sugar crystallization workers heat and concentrate raw sugar liquor, remove impurities through decolorization and ion exchange, etc., and then use crystallization equipment to crystallize the sugar liquor. They separate the crystals and mother liquor with a centrifuge, adjust particle size and moisture content after drying and cooling, and package the product. They operate manufacturing line equipment, manage temperature and concentration, perform quality inspections, manage records, and handle safety and hygiene management to maintain production efficiency and quality.
