Description
Storage battery inspectors conduct voltage and capacity measurements, internal resistance measurements, appearance inspections, temperature characteristic evaluations, cycle tests, etc., in the manufacturing processes and pre-shipment inspections of various storage batteries for automotive, industrial, and home use. They digitize measurement results in accordance with JIS standards or internal quality standards, record them in quality management systems, make defect judgments, and propose improvements. Knowledge of safety management and chemical handling is also required due to handling acidic electrolytes.
