Stewardesses (cabin attendants) are responsible for safety assurance tasks such as guiding passengers aboard, explaining seatbelt usage and safety equipment, and service tasks such as providing in-flight meals and beverages, announcements, and in-flight sales in the cabin of aircraft. Before flights, they conduct briefings and inspect emergency equipment and cabin supplies. During flights, they respond promptly and courteously to passenger requests, and in emergencies, they perform evacuation guidance and first aid, handling a wide range of duties. They acquire qualifications through airline training and serve on both domestic and international flights.

Future Outlook

Due to the increase in inbound foreign tourists and the expansion of LCC flights, the demand for cabin crew remains stable. In the future, there will be even greater demand for improved service quality and multilingual support.
