The stage mechanism operator operates, adjusts, and maintains mechanical devices such as rigging, batons, turntables, and stage lifts to ensure safe and smooth stage changes in line with the performance. Responsibilities include device installation and inspection before performances, operation checks during rehearsals, operation and troubleshooting during live shows, and dismantling after performances. Collaborates with stage directors, sound and lighting staff, and prop staff for progress management, and performs maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment.
