Description
SP Rubber Manufacturing Workers measure and compound raw materials for synthetic rubber, knead them uniformly using a kneading machine, then mold them using calenders, extrusion molding machines, presses, etc., and manage appropriate temperature and time in a vulcanization furnace to perform vulcanization (vulcanization). After vulcanization, they inspect dimensions and appearance, perform finishing processes, and prepare products to shipping specifications. To ensure stable operation of the production line, basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control is also required.
