Description
Slurry tank adjustment workers are technicians who maintain and adjust slurry, the raw material for ceramic products, to the appropriate concentration and viscosity on the manufacturing line. They measure using gravimeters and viscometers, and stabilize quality through operation of stirring devices, addition of raw materials and dispersants, and temperature management. They are also responsible for tank inspections and cleaning, recording and managing measurement data, and adjustment and recovery work in case of troubles, contributing to the efficiency of the entire manufacturing line and improvement of product quality.
