Dredgers board dredgers and perform work to dredge sediment and mud accumulated in the water. They handle operation of dredging machinery (dipper, clamshell, screw hopper, etc.), vessel maneuvering, sounding for excavation positions, management of excavated sediment transport and disposal, safety management, and machinery inspection and maintenance. They are required to formulate work plans according to sea and weather conditions and collaborate with the team.
