Vocational Ability Assessors assess the subject's physical and cognitive functions and activities of daily living, and use standardized evaluation tools to quantitatively measure functional levels. Based on the evaluation results, they create employment support and life support plans, provide advice to users and their families, and collaborate with other professionals (such as occupational therapists, certified social workers, and caseworkers).
