Summary

A job that assembles loom parts and performs adjustments and test runs to make the machine functional.

Description

Loom assemblers assemble mechanical components such as frames, shafts, gears, bearings, drive units, and control parts that constitute the loom, based on drawings and assembly instructions, and perform adjustments and test runs for each part to ensure it operates with the specified precision. They use hand tools, torque wrenches, micrometers, etc., to adjust clearances between parts, identify causes of defects, and make corrections. After completion, they conduct operation tests and quality inspections to finish the product in a shippable state. The work is mainly in factory lines or dedicated assembly lines, and important tasks include parts transportation, inventory management, and adherence to safety procedures.
