Description

Sample analysts (ceramics) are specialists who evaluate the chemical composition, microstructure, and physical properties of ceramic raw materials and fired products. They use experimental equipment such as microscope observation, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), etc., to perform sample pretreatment, measurement, and data analysis. Based on the analysis results, they support optimization of manufacturing conditions and identification of defect causes, and collaborate with quality assurance and R&D departments. Compliance with safety management and JIS standard test procedures is required.
