Description

Pad dyers are responsible for the dyeing process of textile products. They mainly operate pad dyeing machines or continuous dyeing machines, perform dye formulation, pH and temperature control, and mordanting to achieve uniform color. After dyeing, they perform washing and fixation processes, followed by drying in dryers, and conduct quality inspections for color bleeding or uneven coloring. They carry out operations while considering the efficiency of the entire production line and paying attention to safety and hygiene.

Future Outlook

With the contraction of the domestic textile industry, the number of workers is declining. However, the introduction of high-value-added products and environmentally friendly dyeing technologies is progressing, and the demand for personnel with specialized skills is expected to be maintained to a certain extent.
