Description
The Sheath Worker (Sheathed Wire Manufacturing) is responsible for forming a resin outer sheath (sheath) on the conductor of electric wires using extrusion molding technology. Performs tasks such as raw material formulation, extruder setup, adjustment of temperature and speed, measurement of product dimensions and appearance, defect inspection, etc., to stably supply products that meet standards. Also includes periodic inspection and cleaning of equipment, investigation of causes and simple maintenance when troubles occur. Factories often operate 24 hours a day, with shift work to maintain the line while collaborating as a team.
