Description
Seal weavers produce textiles using dedicated machines called seal looms. In the preparation stage, raw yarns are separated into warp and weft, weaving patterns are set, and tension and density are adjusted. During operation, the quality of the woven fabric is monitored, and if abnormalities occur, the causes such as yarn breakage or machine trouble are identified and corrected. Finished products are measured and inspected for width, thickness, weight, etc., and for those not meeting standards, root cause analysis is conducted followed by improvements in machine settings or work procedures.
