They ensure product uniformity and appearance through machine operation, parameter adjustment, and quality inspection on the production line. In case of troubles, they perform root cause analysis and countermeasures. They also handle periodic machine inspections and maintenance, safety and health management, waste liquid treatment, and thoroughly implement safety measures in environments involving chemicals and high temperatures.
Future Outlook
With the spread of digital technology, demand for traditional acetate paper is declining, but employment is expected to be maintained to some extent through high-performance films for special applications and production efficiency improvements via automation.
