Description
Adhesive Mold Product Molder (Rubber Products) fills raw rubber into a mold (adhesive mold), vulcanizes (vulcanizes) it using a heated press machine to form the specified shape and dimensions. After molding, remove from the mold, perform deflashing, trimming, dimensional and appearance inspection, and remove defective products. To maintain production volume and quality, manage molding conditions (temperature, pressure, time), inspect, clean, and adjust molds, and perform machine maintenance. Responsible for one part of the manufacturing line, and required to comply with product specifications and safety and health standards.
