Rolling Machine Development Engineer (Excluding Design) is responsible for performance testing and evaluation of rolling machines used in steel and non-ferrous metal rolling processes, verification of control systems, and process optimization. Does not perform design tasks; mainly assembles prototypes, acquires data using measuring instruments, conducts evaluation tests based on design of experiments, proposes improvements to process conditions based on obtained data analysis, and conducts technical studies aimed at quality improvement and cost reduction. Leverages specialized knowledge in material properties and mechanical behavior, collaborating with quality control departments, production sites, and control engineers to advance work.
