Resin manufacturing workers measure and mix chemical raw materials such as monomers, and manufacture plastic resins through polymerization operations in reactors, extrusion molding, pelletizing, etc. Main tasks include operation and monitoring of manufacturing equipment, temperature and pressure control, quality testing (viscosity, moisture content, etc.), cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and safety and health management. They often work on mass production lines and also make improvement proposals to maintain manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
