Description

Press operators (plywood manufacturing) are responsible for the pressing process in the plywood production line. They apply adhesive evenly to wood sheets, stack the sheets, and set them in the press machine. They set and monitor temperature, pressure, and pressing time to perform hot compression molding, and inspect the thickness and bonding state of the formed plywood. This also includes removing defective products, operating and adjusting the press machine, routine equipment inspection and cleaning, creating work records, and safety and health management. They play a role in maintaining consistent quality while improving production efficiency.
