Description

Pre-sales engineers (system development) collaborate with the sales department to engage in customer negotiations, gather and analyze customer requirements, and propose optimal system solutions. They are responsible for creating proposal documents, conducting product demos, building PoC (proof of concept) environments, handling technical Q&A, and responding to RFPs. After securing an order, they hand over technical information to the implementation team to support smooth project launches. They are required to continuously acquire knowledge of diverse products and cutting-edge technologies, along with strong customer communication skills.
