Polyethylene yarn spinners are responsible for the extrusion spinning process, where polyethylene resin in chip form is heated and melted, then formed into threads through a spinneret. They set and adjust process parameters such as raw material loading, temperature, pressure, and line speed, perform appropriate drawing and stretching through cooling tanks and drawing devices, and wind the threads to standard dimensions on winding machines. Their duties also include quality inspections and data recording to maintain product strength and dimensional accuracy, machine maintenance and simple upkeep tasks, and safety management. They support stable line operation and investigate and address causes when troubles occur.
