A polyethylene wire manufacturing worker is a job that heats and melts polyethylene pellets and manufactures linear products with a specified cross-sectional shape by passing them through the die of an extrusion molding machine. They appropriately set and adjust processing conditions (temperature, pressure, speed), and conduct inspections of product dimensions and appearance. They are also responsible for machine inspections and maintenance during production, raw material supply, safety and health management, and 5S activities to ensure stable production and quality maintenance.
