Plastic thermoforming workers heat sheet-shaped plastic according to the mold and form it using vacuum or pressure. They perform tasks such as mold installation, machine temperature and pressure adjustments, raw material loading, post-forming trimming and deflashing, and dimensional inspection to ensure product accuracy and quality. Production line changeovers, equipment maintenance, creation of work reports, and safety and hygiene management are also important duties.
