Description
The Melting Operator (Raw Plastic Processing) is responsible for the process of appropriately heating and melting raw materials used in plastic molding. Feeds raw material pellets or powder into extruders or melting machines, adjusts temperature and pressure. Performs degassing and filtration of the molten resin, checks conditions, and supplies to injection molding machines or extrusion molding machines. During operations, monitors thermometers and pressure gauges, conducts quality tests, and maintains stable production. Equipment inspection, cleaning, and safety and health management are also important roles.
