Plastic foam molding workers set foamable plastic resin and foaming agents into molds, control pressure and temperature while heating to perform foam molding. They monitor machine operation, perform mold changes, daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety inspections. They record quality data, and in case of defects, adjust molding conditions and analyze causes. Line work is central, requiring shift work and team collaboration.
