Plastic Extrusion Workers are responsible for operating and adjusting extrusion molding machines that heat and melt plastic pellets or powders and extrude them through a die into a specified cross-sectional shape. They manage processing conditions such as temperature, pressure, and speed, measure and inspect product dimensions and appearance to maintain quality. They also prepare raw materials, remove foreign matter, clean machines, perform simple maintenance, create production records, and work in accordance with safety, hygiene, and 5S activities.
