Plastic compression workers set plastic raw materials into molds and manufacture molded products by applying pressure using heated press machines. Main tasks include measuring and mixing raw materials, preparing and assembling molds, setting temperature, pressure, and time on press machines, deburring and dimensional inspection after molding, mold replacement and adjustment, simple machine maintenance and cleaning, and safety and health management.
