Description
Plastic compression molding workers manufacture molded products by loading plastic materials in powdered or pellet form into molds and applying heat and pressure. The work mainly involves operating compression molding machines, setting and adjusting molds, and managing molding conditions (temperature, pressure, time). After molding, they remove the molded products, perform trimming and deburring, conduct dimensional inspections using calipers or micrometers, sort defective products, and create quality records. Additionally, regular cleaning and maintenance inspections of machines and molds, as well as safety and health management, are important tasks. They adjust workload based on production plans to stably operate mass production lines and supply high-quality products.
