Description
Peanut processors clean and dry incoming peanuts as raw material, roast them in a roaster, then remove the shells with a shelling machine. Subsequently, they sort out foreign matter and defective products visually or mechanically, and apply seasoning or coating as necessary. Finally, they fill and package with a packaging machine, perform product quality checks and hygiene management. They monitor the operation status of the production line, and also perform simple maintenance and cleaning of machines. They efficiently advance production while complying with safety and hygiene standards and 5S.

Due to health consciousness and diversification of luxury goods, demand for peanut products remains stable. As automation and labor-saving progress, skills in quality control and equipment management will become even more important in the future.
