Paulownia veneer lamination workers apply adhesive to paulownia veneer (thin wood sheets), stack them to adjust to the specified thickness, then load them into a press machine to dry and solidify, thereby manufacturing plywood. They operate and adjust machines, select raw paulownia veneer, manage adhesives, perform dimensional inspections and surface inspections on finished products, and ensure quality. Work is performed on a production line, complying with safety and health rules while collaborating as a team.
