Description

Paper stock preparation workers, in papermaking factories, measure physical properties such as pH and concentration to maintain consistent quality of the pulp slurry raw material, and add chemicals (agents) for adjustment. They collect samples, measure them with analytical instruments, and based on the results, operate pumps and piping to control the amount of chemicals added. They also handle equipment inspections and maintenance, recording and reporting production data, and safety and health management. They work in shifts to support continuous production lines, playing an important role.
