Description

Paper covering workers, as part of the wire manufacturing process, wind insulating paper around copper wires, apply rubber compound, heat and vulcanize it in a vulcanization furnace to produce rubber-covered wires with the specified thickness and uniformity. They repeatedly operate winding machines, extruders, and vulcanization furnaces, adjust temperature and speed, inspect product appearance and dimensions, and prevent defects. Due to prolonged standing work and handling heavy coils, basic knowledge of safety and health management and quality control is required.
