Description
Extrusion molding workers feed ceramic clay or powder raw materials into an extruder, pass them through a die using screw rotation and pressure, and continuously form product shapes. Operators start up the forming machine, replace and adjust dies, and set and optimize forming conditions (temperature, pressure, rotation speed). After forming, they inspect cross-sectional dimensions and appearance, and sort out defective products. They also handle preparation for transfer to drying and firing processes, as well as cleaning and maintenance of equipment, contributing to the safety and quality maintenance of the entire production line.
