Description

Organic Chemical Product Manufacturing Technician (Excluding Production Technicians) is responsible for implementing organic synthesis reactions on an industrial scale, optimizing manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety management. They transfer reaction conditions developed at lab scale to plant operations, design, operate, and monitor batch or continuous processes, perform troubleshooting and process improvements. They collaborate with related departments (R&D, quality assurance, safety departments, etc.) to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and environmental standards, and thoroughly manage operations and safety measures.
