Description

Oil and fat product manufacturing technicians receive raw materials such as soybeans and rapeseeds, handle oil separation by pressing and solvent extraction, refining processes such as degumming, neutralization, decolorization, and deodorization, product design by hydrogenation or fractionation, and final blending and filling. They manage the operation of manufacturing equipment, perform regular maintenance, conduct quality inspections via sample collection, manage safety and hygiene, and aim to maintain product specifications and optimize yield. They also improve manufacturing conditions based on analysis of process data and engage in the development of new products and processes in response to consumer needs and legal regulations.
